Officer’s present: Will Epps, Ginny Ciriot, Carolyn Payne, Tutter Richardson, Clint Reed, Richard Thompson, Eric Daughtry, Carey Casey

Call to order: 6:03

Approval of minutes: Seconded and carried with 1 correction.

Field Status Report: No report

Unfinished business:

Concession stand: Very close to completion.

Major League Commissioner: Looking into creating a second position due to the large amount of players. To be voted on in October.

Advertising: Will and Ginny working with Hollywood theater for screen ad.

Officer’s/ Directors Reports:

VP: 1 or 2 yellow cards have been issued. No major issues.

Treasurer: Not present. No report.

Registrar: Not present. No report.

Fundraiser: Picture taking has been moved to the soccer complex. Carolyn will be at the complex for fundraiser pickup 9/22/07 from 9-4.

Equipment: 6-8 uniforms still to come in. 2 uniforms were the wrong colors.

Commissioner’s:

U6: All good.

U8: No report.

U10: All good. No report

ML: Not present. No report.

Coaching Director: 24 people signed up for the coaching clinic, 13 of those showed up. 7 for F clinic. 6 for G clinic.

Property Manager: Not present. Stones to be laid around referee area. Ant beds to be dealt with.

New Business:

Electrical: Company to come out and bid. Decision still to be made what direction to run the wires.

Board coverage: It is very important for board members to be present at the fields as often as possible.
