MINUTES OF THE CISA BOARD

CROWLEY CHAMBER OF COMMERCE OFFICE

8/25/03

 

The meeting was called to order at 7:55 p.m.

 

Officers Present:  David Jones, Alex Macias, Kim Longenbaugh, Kelly Ortiz, Ginny Ciriot, Laura Sotelo, Marty Stringer, Becky Livingston, Traci Lee, and Ed Brungardt.

 

Read and approved the minutes with amendments.

 

President:  Motion to accept the budget as amended, seconded and carried.

 

President:  TOC schedule set.

 

Registration:  We have 600 kids registered.  Motion to allow a special needs child to play down an age group, seconded and carried.

 

Fields:  Motion to use the present field maintenance servers from September through November, seconded and carried.

 

Motion to adjourn at 9:31pm

 

Our next meeting will be October 5, 2003 at 7:30pm.
