Call to order: 5:08 PM
Approval of minutes: Motion to approve seconded and carried
Field status report: Fields look good. There is still a problem with water pressure, so the fields are not getting watered.
Unfinished Business;
Financial Aid: Financial aid need for a child in U11, family is able to pay half. Motion to give financial aid seconded and carried.

Reports:
VP: Not present. No report
Treasurer: Not present. No report
Registrar: There are 591 kids signed up currently. Mesha will open online for late registration. There will be a $25 late charge.
Fundraiser: Not present. No report.
Equipment: Not present. No report.
Commissioner’s:
U6: Still trying to get in touch with one coach.
U8: Has all teams together.
U10: Teams ready to go.
ML: 2 coaches still needed.
Coaching Director: Not present
Property manager: The concession stand is nearly finished. Carport coming in for shade, with picnic tables. A surveyor will be coming out this week doing a free survey.
New Business:
Major League Commissioner: Association may feel it necessary to have two people for ML. To be discussed at September meeting.
