MINUTES OF THE CISA BOARD
The meeting was called to order at
Officers Present: David Jones, Pauline Jones, Alex Macias, Traci Lee, Ed Brundgardt and Kelly Ortiz.
President: Motion made to nominate Linda Retterer for the equipment board potion, was seconded and carried Motion made to nominate Marty Stringer for the Referee Assignor board position, was seconded and carried. Alex Macias will take the U8 Metroplex Girls Commissioner. We are still need to fill the Fund Raiser, Vice President, and Field Board positions.
The budget committee will get the information needed for the July meeting.
Treasurer: We
have a checking account balance of $16,000.
U6 Commissioner:
Not Present
U8 Commissioner: Trophies were ordered to replace the ones that are missing. We need to work with the coaches to make sure that rainout games are made up.
U10 Commissioner:
Not Present
Major League Commissioner: Not Present
Registration: Will have registration dates next month. We will need to see about new sign locations since the new by pass has opened in Crowley.
Referee Assignor: The remaining checks were mailed out. The party went well, and we want to thank Ginny Ciriot and Becky Livingston for getting it together. We would like to get a list of businesses that donated items for the party so we can recognized them also.
Fund Raiser: Open Board Position
We need to make sure that all prizes are handed out to the winners of last seasons fund raiser. We would also like to recognize them, so we will need a list of the winners.
New Business:
Rec Plus:
A committee will get the information for the Rec Plus that will be run out of Arlington. We will need to hold a special meeting, since we will need to get the information to the coaches in time for registration.
Uniforms:
We need to vote on the new uniforms at the next meeting
Storm Damage:
We had 2 of the aluminum bleachers damaged in the storms. We will try to repair them so we won’t have to replace them.
Field Maintenance:
Bids for the Field Maintenance needs to be in by August 1st, to David Jones.
