MINUTES OF THE CISA BOARD
May 2, 2005
Officers Present: David Jones, Marty Stinger, Ed Brungardt, Alex Macias, Kim Longenbaugh, Kelly Ortiz, Micky Bell, Ginny Ciriot, Rhett Quade, and Traci Lee
VP: not present
Meeting called to order at 7:45pm.
Motion to accept the minutes from the March meeting seconded, and approved.
The Referee Assignor position will be open for next season. There will be a discussion for the Bi-Laws held Monday, May 16th at 7:30, the location still to be determined.
Elections:
Motion made to accept Ginny Ciriot for President, seconded and approved. Motion to accept Alex Macias for Property Director, seconded and approved. Motion made to accept Kim Longenbaugh for Major League Commissioner, seconded and approved. Motion made to accept Kelly Ortiz for Secretary, seconded and approved. Motion made to accept Carey Casey for Secretary, seconded and approved. Motion made to accept Will Epps as U8 Commissioner, seconded and approved. Registrar, U6 Commissioner, and Referee Assignor are still opened and will be voted on at the Special Meeting on the 16th.
Treasurer: Currently have $25,000 in checking.
U6 Commissioner: On Saturday left for the U6 games, and all the trophies are handed out to the coaches. One set of trophies needs the team named changed.
U8 Commissioner: The 14th is the last day for games, and there are 5 teams left to turn in fund raiser money.
U10 Commissioner: Commissioner not present.
Major League: We have a team that has too many cards, and
are close to an A&D hearing with
Registrar: Need to get the placement teams from U10 and Major League so the trophies can be ordered.
Fundraiser: Not present, out collecting candy money that is due.
Equipment: No outstanding bills are due at the present time.
Referee Assignor: There is about $2,000 left in Referee fees for the remainder of the year.
Fields: Copies of the Field Maintenance bids handed out to be reviewed for the vote at the special meeting.
Next meeting: Monday, May 16nd at 7:30, location still to be determined.
