MINUTES OF THE CISA BOARD

CROWLEY CHAMBER OF COMMERCE OFFICE

April 5th, 2004

The meeting was called to order at 7:32 p.m.

Officers Present: David Jones, Kim Longenbaugh, Alex Macias, Becky Livingston, Ginny Ciriot, Marty Stringer, Traci Lee, Kelly Ortiz, and Ed Brungardt.

Minutes approved

President: Board Positions open for nominations: Fields, Equipment, Fundraiser, Referee Assignor, Vice President, and U8 Metroplex Girls Commissioner.

Vice President: 3 A&D hearings scheduled and a 4^th will be coming up.

Treasurer: We have a checking account balance of $25,000.

U6 Commissioner: Have 1 game to reschedule, and there have been several compliments about the referees.

U8 Commissioner: Checking with Coaches to see who will be returning next season.

U10 Commissioner: Nothing to report.

Major League Commissioner: Nothing to report

Registration: Ordering trophies so they will be here before the end of the season.

Referee Assignor: We are covering 40 games a weekend.

Fund Raiser: U6 has a great participation this season. Mike Mendia’s has the #1 team. Our profit for the fundraiser was under budget.

New Business:

We will have an end of year party for the coaches and referees.

Burleson has a proposal for us to talk about next month.
