Officers

Call to
order: 7:36 pm
Approval of
minutes: January & February
minutes seconded and carried.
Field status
report: Fields
have been striped and mowed. The large
fields will not be ready on the first Saturday due to the city putting in a new
sprinkler system.
Unfinished
business:
Sprinklers: Trenches on the big fields,
city putting in new system. There will
be a separate line and water meter going to our fields soon.
Electrical: Waiting on city to complete
its construction on a water tank. Then
CISA will begin working on our projects to get electricity to the complex.
AGM: The Annual General Meeting
will be held on April 9, 2006 at 3:00 pm at the fields.

Advertising:
No decision has been made concerning this issue.
PR Project: The student that has chosen
CISA as her project has turned in sections, i.e., mission letters and other
such media, that CISA is free to use.
FC Dallas: Each board member received
a packet to review and forward opinion to Ginny.
Computers: Still in need of a laptop
for the association so that our volunteers do not have to use their personal or
work computers.
Officer
reports:
VP: not present
Treasurer: There is currently $45,000
in the checking account. $1220 of that
is from the fundraiser opt out.
Registrar: There are currently approximately
5 players that have not payed. There are a total of 500+ players currently.
Fundraiser: NR
Equipment: First uniforms are in. 99% of new players will have uniforms on
time.
Commissioners:
U6: NR
U8: Issues between coaches,
parents and players were discussed.
U10: NR
ML: There are 13 ML teams, two
of which play in
Referee
Assignor: Referees
are in place. There will be no tolerance
from referees for wearing jewelry or rubber bracelets.
Property
manager: Need
to clean out small shed in the rear of the complex. Would like to have anyone
volunteer to help make our complex look nicer.

Online
registration: Will
be reviewed in April.
