MINUTES OF THE CISA BOARD

CROWLEY CHAMBER OF COMMERCE OFFICE

March 1^st, 2004

The meeting was called to order at 7:50 p.m.

Officers Present: David Jones, Alex Macias, Becky Livingston, Ginny Ciriot, Marty Stringer, Traci Lee, Kelly Ortiz, and Ed Brungardt.

Troy from Soccer Etc. showed the new uniforms that will be available for next season.

President: The board positions that need to be filed are Metroplex U8 commissioner, Fund Raising Assistant, Equipment, and Fields.

Vice President: Nothing new to discuss.

Treasurer: We have a checking account balance of $46,000.

U6 Commissioner: Have one coach to recruit and the schedule is almost finished

U8 Commissioner: U7 schedule is finished and fields are marked.

U10 Commissioner: we have 7 U10 teams and 7 U9 teams.

Major League Commissioner: U11 team did not make, but they are in the schedule. The 2 teams playing through Arlington need their money for the referees.

Registration: 639 kids are registered so far.

Equipment: This board position is open.

New Business:

Will meet with CYA about the property about the land behind baseball fields.
