Officer’s present: Ginny Ciriot, Erin Ciriot,

Call to order: 6:46 PM
Approval of minutes: Motion to approve made by

Field Status Report: Kit will resume weekly
mowing and bring in more mulch for the walkway.
Unfinished Business:
Electrical: The electrical issue is pending. Trying to make contact with
TXU.
CYA/HV: Ginny has emailed a proposal
to the presidents of CYA and High Voltage but has not heard back from
them. Ginny will present proposal to the
Parks Board on March 7.
Bylaw changes:
The Bylaws
are in order and no changes are needed. Looking at making the Referee Assignor position a paid position
instead of a board position. Also looking at creating a position on the board for Coaching
Director.
Officer’s/ Director’s
Reports:
VP: A skills clinic will be held
February 17 at the complex, beginning at 2-5 PM. Coaches clinic TBA.
Treasurer:
NP. Current balance is $44000.
Registrar:
NP
Fundraiser: Fundraiser packets given to
coaches. Players that sell 25+
Butterbraids will win limo ride and pizza party.
Equipment:
Uniform order will be made Monday February 11.
Commissioners:
U6: There are eight U6 teams and six U5 teams. There are 4 new coaches.
U8: There are six U7 teams and
seven U8 teams. There are 3 new coaches.
U10: There is 1 new coach.
ML: NP. There are only 6
players on the Longhorns.
Referee
Assignor: Referee meeting February 28, location TBD.
Property
manger: NP. Field day will be
Saturday February 17 from 10-2.
New Business:
Appreciation Party: Will be held on April 15 at 4 PM.
Property
manager position: Open
Announcements: Trophy representative will
be at the March meeting
