MINUTES OF THE CISA BOARD

CROWLEY CHAMBER OF COMMERCE OFFICE

11/03/03

The meeting was called to order at 7:55 p.m.

Officers Present: David Jones, Kelly Ortiz, Kim Longenbaugh, Laura Sotelo, Ed Brungardt, Ginny Ciriot, Traci Lee, and Pauline Jones.

Motion to approve the minutes from the October Board meeting, seconded and approved.

President: One more weekend left in the season, but over all everything went well. We are looking for volunteers to help with some improvements to our property.

Treasurer: Our present balance is $36,888, and we $25,900 deposited from the fund raiser.

Registrar: Trophies will be at the field on Saturday morning. We made $2,000 on picture sales.

Equipment: Nothing to report.

Commissioners:

U6: Finished last weekend and we had a good season.

Major League: One team needs a game rescheduled right away. Brownwood teams dropped out after their home games were finished.

Referee Assignor: Any checks that are not picked up on the last weekend will be mailed . We will also schedule a re-certification test.

New Business:

We are going to send out a survey to all of the teams about how the season went. We have Fields, Equipment, and Fund Raising Board Postions open.

Discussion:

The field maintenance went well this season. We have a chance to do an ESPN magazine fund raiser available. Pay $40 for 2 years, and we profit $30.
