MINUTES OF THE CISA BOARD

CROWLEY CHAMBER OF COMMERCE OFFICE

10/05/03

The meeting was called to order at 7:55 p.m.

Officers Present: David Jones, Alex Macias, Kim Longenbaugh, Ginny Ciriot, Marty Stringer, Kyle Davis, Traci Lee, and Becky Livingston.

Approved the September minutes.

President: TOC schedule and rules distributed. All of the games need to start on time because of the tight schedule.

Vice President: Board members need to be more visible on the fields on game days.

Commissioners: Rescheduling the rain out games.

Fundraiser: Orders finalized at $25,000 and 43 of 59 teams participated. Coaches or team parents will have the whole order issued to them, and they can sort the orders out.

Referee Assignor: No one other than the referees and board members should be in the covered referee area.

Discussions:

We need to walk around and watch the conduct of the parents and coaches.

Centerline and circle for the major league field need to be fixed. The circle is too small, and there is a double line.

Announcements:

The schedule for the TOC will be posted on the website.
